Includes table and chair setup, neutral linens, light decorative accents, and basic setup and breakdown. Designed to enhance the space without overpowering it, keeping the focus on your people and the historic character of The Goodrich.

Decor package is pre designed. Custom requests may be discussed after booking and quoted separately.

Available for select holidays and special dates. This full-day rental provides private access to the loft for meaningful gatherings and celebrations. Holiday bookings are subject to availability and approval.
